Facial exercise/toner machines - are they any good?

You know, the ones that supposedly tone up the muscles in your face?

Anyone tried one?

I read some online research as was thinking of buying the Cleo but the research said that the level of energy/current is to low to actually stimulate the muscles.

I think in theory ie toning up muscles in face/neck sounds quite plausible. Some of the machines cost a bit though, so I'd like to be certain before I bought one.

There is a toner (just for neck area) on the market atm (not expensive) that has very good customer reviews on Amazon.
