Boden returns...am I being dim?

I used a code that gave a % discount and free P&P and (so I thought) returns. Just packing up some things to send back and there is no indication of free returns...so I assume I should take it to PO and pay postage? Anyone more familiar with the returns process than me? It was delivered via parcelnet courier.

Thanks.

Yep - just take to PO. If you have free P&P then there should be a pre-paid returns label attached to your invoice/delivery note.

This happened to me too. I ended up paying the returns (quite a lot, winter coats) but then I didn't bother ringing up to ask where's my free returns.

CremeDeMenthe · 04/12/2009 11:49

The returns label is on the delivery note - if it says 'please affix postage' then you will have to pay. I'd ring them and ask them to send a free label.

Slimcognito · 04/12/2009 11:49

Yeah, there's no free returns label, just normal label with space for stamp where it says "Affix correct postage here".

It's coats for me too...therefore heavy parcel.

TBH I can't remember if did say free returns and I can't remember which code I used. Got it off here.

i stash any free returns labels for future use. knowing my luck they have a sell by date or something...

CremeDeMenthe · 04/12/2009 12:51

Ring them & ask.

CremeDeMenthe · 04/12/2009 12:52

Because MNetters get free delivery and returns. Tell 'em you're one of us!

purplepeony · 04/12/2009 14:50

Ring them and they will send a label.
