Actually I think the fabric is lovely. But Issa do very relaxed dresses which are meant to be very comfortable- sort of 'holidays in St Tropez/St Lucia idea.
I wouldn't wear that style of dress to an event in the winter. i would wear it for a posh supper on holiday

It's an awful dress (esp for the price). Looks better on the 'real woman' though IMO.
