Brown wool winter shorts to wear over tights

I think I want some - brown tweedy ideally but black/grey at a push.
Proper wintery tweed/flannel please - not hotpants but quite short shorts iykwim - not those knee length "city-shorts" things.

Anyone seen any?

Mango - they have a website don't they so will check. Think I have seen similar in there in seasons past.

LucyKate - thank you, the gap ones are not bad shapewise but maybe a bit light. I was thinking more f a dark choc brown.

I decided I need them after buying this. I like the way they styled it - I have a similar cable knit sleeveless cardi thing already but in fawn so I thought choc brown shorts.

These are not bad too but a bit more than I wanted to pay and I don't know if they'll be a bit too glittery for everyday?

tulpe - it is nice but a little odd fitwise - it is quite baggy/boxy fitting in the body but the sleeves are quite slim fitting (under the arms not the sleeves themselves) and the poloneck is quite tight.

I was wearing it today and I like it but tbh I bought it for the colour really (and the price ) - am trying to break out of my black/navy rut.

I ordered the olive green too but sent it back as too dingy for me. The orange is lovely.

I am currently eyeing up this on there.
