I can imagine it but never see it in the shops or online - it's knee high, flat, a rich chestnut leather, riding style (pull on rather than zips ideally)... anyone seen anything like this anywhere?
Really grateful for ideas.

There seem to be some nice knee high boots in Clarks.

How about these?

I bought exactly what you are describing from Russell and Bromley last year and nearly fainted at the cost, but I was sick of buying cheap boots each year. They look even better now and I reckon I've already got my money's worth. Russell and Bromley do not have a website thought, so I can't show you!

There are other Clarks ones too.

I bought these in M&S. They aren't leather but they are really, really comfortable and really cheap

Thanks everyone. I have ordered some from Pied a Terre but will definitely have a look around at the others when I hit the shops on Thursday night - ostensibly Xmas shopping . Russell & Bromley in particular sounds like a good tip, I can imagine they do that sort of thing... thanks all

Hi there,

I saw these on the Office website earlier: www.office.co.uk/womens/office/clippety_clop/17/7073/19129/1/

Was thinking of getting them myself!
