lovely! Go for it! Indulge! It's Christmas!

Morosky · 30/11/2009 21:06

How I long for the days when dd wanted a long dress from Monsoon.

It is nice as an occasion dress rather than every day.

thisisyesterday · 30/11/2009 21:09

it doesn't look particularly long anyway, so go for it i say.

and erm, what's the voucher code for 25%?>>

MavisEnderby · 30/11/2009 21:10

How old is she?

I think it is lovely but definitely one for "Best"/parties/or special occasion.

(I have never spent that much on an item of childrens clothing but I am skint)

I agree re practicalities of dresses, took ages until I could buy dd a pretty dress as she didn't walk til 3,so last summer I bought her several pretty ones from, coughs,Primark. She looked very sweet and girly.

I think if you love it,go for it

Hulababy · 30/11/2009 21:11

Go for it.

I do like Monsoon dresses for girls

carriedababi · 30/11/2009 21:13

MON25, is the code.

it works out to 26pounds

i do keep looking at it, everytime i'm in town

dd is 2.

It's gorgeous. And doesn't look too long.

There's a fairly similar one in Sainsbo's TU at the moment that's £18 and it's definitely short enough to run about in. I bought it for DD to wear to a softplay party and it didn't get in her way at all.

petitmaman · 30/11/2009 21:16

get it . its lovely. I fond with this style of dress they dont grow out of them too quickly. It would be fine for the summer too and monsoon sells well on ebay.

VerityBrulee · 30/11/2009 21:16

Oh go on, it's lovely!

carriedababi · 30/11/2009 21:23

well i suppose when she older and refuses to wear anything but spiderman tshirts or something,
i'll regret not getting her this while young

so i think i will
you've talked me into it

My daughter has it in a cranberry colour. She is 3.5 and got lots of compliments at a recent party we attended!
Monsoon do such lovely party dresses IMO. Go for it I say.
