Do you remember the thread which said the Scrub your nose in it scrub worked to get rid of little spots on the tops of your arms?

It worked on my arms but isn't working on the ones between my breasts. I am also sweating a bit there not sure if that is why I have the spots or the spots came first. Any suggestions for a body scrub I could use please? TIA.
