What do you think of this coat for DH

Who is in his early 30's. and wears a suit for work. He currently has a black cord one which he seems to have been wearing for years and has seen better days.

it's a classic style, i'd look in tkmaxx for something similar, you'd prolly get a higher wool %age there for the same price which will be warmer/lighter.

I think single breasted looks better over a suit - it's less 'bulky' and looks better if left open.

It's nice fabric though.

i was looking cos i think i might get dp a new coat for xmas, any more suggestions welcome (although am looking for something more casual, he wears jeans to work, and pref waterproof)

am super chuffed i found exactly what i was looking for here (in case anyone else is looking). i didn't want to get anything too outdoors-pursuitsy, but i wanted a hood. and it's a duffle coat without the toggles which i really don't like. happy hog.
