JUst wondering how the girls sizes come out? Do you tend to go up or buy at age range? I get a lot of things from Gap and tend to go up so at the moment for dd3 aged 2.5 I'm buying age 3, for coming up to 9 year old dd2 I buy age 10 tops and 8-9 bottoms and for dd1 I would buy 10-11 trousers and 12-13 tops. They are all pretty average in build. Thanks in advance for any advice!

For my average size 2 year old dd i bought age 3. The tops are a bit big but fine if you fold back the sleeves. I get age 3 trousers with either adjustable or drawstring waist so these can be altered to fit perfectly on the waist. They are too long in th leg but i fold them up. Am not willing to pay boden prices for something that won't last at least a year and a half.

I got my 4 and 3/4 dd 5-6 and both tops and trousers fit well, with some room for growth.

Great thanks. Like I say, I usually go up but I didn't want to do that if Boden do HUGE sizes

I think Boden and Gap both come up quite small - I always buy a size bigger than I would in say Next x
