I would love feedback on what everyone thinks of Hobbs, Jaeger, jigsaw, joseph, LK bennett, Paul & Joe, Phase Eight , Pringle, Reiss & Whistles. It doesn't matter if you don't shop there ( I don't! if only I could afford to )I am interested in your perception of the retailers with regard to their prices, their quality and their fashionability, where 1 is low and 5 is high, with 3 being average.
I desperately need some feedback for a project due in two weeks!!!Aaarghhh!!

the only one on that list that I have actually purchased something from is Phase Eight. And that was only because it was a 50% off sale.

I would say they are all kind of equal in price and quality.

I would not shop at LK Bennett at all after having read of Mumsnetters dreadful treatment when returning items.

I've never heard of Paul and Jo.

I wouldn't think of them as 'high fashion' but more 'high quality' than say, Wallis, River Island, Oasis type of shops.

I suppose what I mean is they are quality over up-to-the-min high fashion.

Sorry this sounds rambly, but I'm not really sure how I could score using numbers if I've never purchased from there.

Ok, I'm bored so I'll start you off!

Needs a bit of structure though...
1st Price (I'm going to presume you mean value for money, not which is more expensive, so a score of 1 could be over-priced, or just really cheap in a bad way)
2nd Quality
3rd Fashion-able-ness

Hobbs: 2 4 1
Jaeger: 3 4 3
Jigsaw: 3 3 4
Joseph: 2 4 5
LK Bennett: 4 4 3
Paul & Joe: 3 3 3
Phase Eight: 2 2 2
Pringle: 1 3 2
Reiss: 4 4 5
Whistles:4 4 5

Ooh, want to go shopping...!

Hobbs - I like the stuff but rarely buy anything there. Not sure why.

Jigsaw - I used to love it, especially the knitwear, but it went a bit sludgy and boring a few years ago so I haven't actually been in for ages. I think it's overpriced for what is essentially just another high street store.

LK Bennett - I always go in there when I have a wedding to go to, and haven't yet come out having bought anything. It's a bit dressy for my tastes.

Jaeger also have some lovely stuff. I think they have tried to funk it up a bit, actually rather successfully in terms of the clothes, but I don't think they've managed to translate that into their marketing message/brand image, so in many people's minds it's still well-made but middle-aged.

I don't really have much of an opinion on any of the others. Phase Eight in particular is an unknown for me.

Hobbs - 2 - bit straight, bit middle aged (even for me and I'm 40)
Jaeger - 2 as above, Jaeger london however is a 4 - would get a 5 apart from crazy prices
Jigsaw - 4 - but wildly hit and miss lately, accessories are great
Joseph 3, don't "get it"
LK bennett 3 doesn't
Paul & Joe 4 love it but too expensive
Phase Eight 2 as Hobbs
Pringle - no idea/no opinion
Reiss - 3 like their look, but its all a bit samey, and pricey
Whistles - 4 as per Jgsaw
