Ran for first time since baby today ( did you feel the ground shake??) and felt a tad unsupported. Any recommendations? TIA

'double bag' - I ran with two bras when b-fing. Seemed to work (and am largish)

I like Shock Absorber bras, but it does depend on how big you are. Two bras also help, for the more generously norked, as Wheelybug suggests.

Sorry should have been clearer - needs to be a feeding bra. Baby is being watched by friend as I run laps around them, but I may have to stop at anytime to feed

Oh god ... feeding bras suck for support. How old is your baby? If not tiny, and if you're not easily subject to mastitis, and if you don't mind a bit of immodesty, I would just wear a soft cup running bra, and hoik it up to feed.

2 feeding bras ?

Hi Cake. How about a feeding bra and a crop top work? Sweaty Betty have some good crop tops in nice colours.

I used this as it opens at the front with a feeding bra underneath. I used to exercise with the buggy so had to be able to break off and feed

Best sports bra I've ever had.

SofaKingLoud · 25/11/2009 20:33

Can I just add that not only did I exercise with the buggy - there was also a baby in it
