Something blue.... help with a gift for friends wedding....

I am trying to find a 'something blue' for a friends wedding in January. She is getting married in Australia and her wedding theme is based around the New Zealand Paua shell (her DF is from Auckland). Anyway I am trying to find something to give her and thought maybe some paua shell jewellery as you can get blue paua shell. I am struggling to find anything decent to be honest - it all looks so cheap and tacky. Plus I never wear jewellery and am rubbish at choosing it and she is a very stylish lady .

Any ideas ladies?

I had my something blue as part of my bouquet so was going to suggest a bouquet charm too

don't get jewellery - if she is anything like your average bride, and even more so if she is inherently stylish, she will have planned her outfit, including jewellery, v carefully and a surprise present that she feels she has to wear won't help.

A tiny blue paua shell charm she could pin inside her dress and then wear as a pendant or something later, or just keep as a keepsake, would be better imo

Personally, I painted my toenails blue
