Is anyone else fed up with Boden

I have been buying Boden clothes for a few years now but have become really fed up with them because:

I have had orders messed up and been sent faulty items and practically been called a liar.

I have written great reviews and also not so good reviews (one about the favourite cardigan bobbling) and the not so good reviews NEVER go on the site but the good ones do immediately.

I get sent the 11% discount code but my grandmother who has never ordered in her life but gets the catalogue was sent a £20 voucher to spend and other people I know who don't buy get sent 20% codes. How about customer loyalty??!!

Sorry just wanted to rant!

They never ever put up my negative reviews and saying something is overpriced is hardly lying!! I know what you mean, Ive spent so much money this past year and my friends who I introduced didnt buy a thing but keep getting money vouchers!!!!

They don't send you the vouchers because you are already buying from them and don't need tempting to spend your money with them!

I know, I just wish they gave us commission for introducing people!!

What i would like to know is who was the get £10 off a £30 spend voucher code aimed at? That is a 33% discount and hence I have used that code SO much this season .

I used my £10 voucher this afternoon, together with a 15% code and so got another frock for dd for £12.
