I don't like the brown as much as the grey. It's a dull sludgey sort of brown. Nice dress, though.

I like the style and it looks like it wont be too long either (always an issue for me as Im 5ft 1). Would you wear with skinny jeand and boots?

monkeysmama · 20/11/2009 12:22

I am not keen. I think there are nicer wooly dresses out there for the same kind of money. I am on a mission to find a woman some wedding shoes or I would do some links but have a look at M&S and ASOS' clearance section. They have a cowl neck dress for £15 I think. H&M have some nice ones in too for £10.

Then again - I never understand short sleeved winter dresses....

hassled - i feel the same about grey - and i have way too much of it!

NAMYBOD - yeah skinny jeans and possibly leggings

monkeysmama - i can't do m&s - i just don't feel old enough and their sizes are silly - either massive or tiny on me with no rhyme or reason

anyone else care to weigh in?

You're right about M&S sizing. I'd go to H&M then - I have their £10 wooly dress in 3 colours and it washes well and looks great for a tenner!

mrs flux, its a nice shaped dress though have to agree with some of the others that I prefer grey (I don't like brown personally!) I'm bit shorter than you and got a lovely knitted dress in black from h&m, simlar style, bit plainer with 3/4 sleeves

monkeysmama - what do the H&M ones look like?
i only ask because i am very impatient with the mess in our H&M! i think i may have OCD as i can't stand messy shops!
