Which hair dye to acheive the best Auburn?

Hi I am naturally Auburn but died my hair black last year and it ended with me having to bleach it out etc and I have dyed it back to it's natural colour ifswim

The only thing is it's now gone quite light at the ends...damage? and the colour is a bit flat and wishy washy now (3 months later) it's also lighter than it should be

After seeing the recent GHD adverts with the rapunzel woman in them, I really want to dye my hair that colour (which is close to what it should naturally be anyway)

can anyone recommend a good hair dye that will actually achieve this colour without it being pillar box red or havig an unnatural tint to it? I would prefer a semi permanent, but am brave and srupid enough to try permenent again

TIA

This one is my favourite - auburn rather than red.

I am also naturally auburn, but use this to give it a boost.

It is permanent though, I find the semi-permanent ones tend to be rather dull colours. But will watch this thread for alternatives!

I tend to use Nice and Easy... I switch between two shades so that I get a bit of a different colour which makes it look more natural too.
