Flight Conure Dress

on the Ghost website

Pinkjenny · 18/11/2009 15:52

That's lovely too. Right, will order all three (dh will be delighted!) and report back.

Atta girl.

Dunno re the boobs-how much more like Messenger do you look in that area now you are heavily preggers?

Pinkjenny · 18/11/2009 16:00

It's safe to say they're off the scale.

ShowOfHands · 18/11/2009 16:01

Ha ha ha

Because of course when you are pregnant you want to wear something that has its colour described as 'prune'. I think they're confusing what you need to eat with what you want to wear.

What am I doing on s&b, apologies, I'll see you on a neurosis thread at some point.

I know when I'm not wanted.

Pinkjenny · 18/11/2009 16:03

That's actually really nice, SOH. No, no, I'm not shocked. I'm not.

ShowOfHands · 18/11/2009 16:08

I'm crying into my hemp, tie-dyed, patchouli-scented handkerchief.

largeginandtonic · 18/11/2009 16:13

I like the dress idea, you do not want anything tight around your bump. If you need tights or leggings they must be thye super attractive over the bump ones.

Will have a shufty.

Pinkjenny · 18/11/2009 16:15

I love that top you linked to, LG&T - but I can't be wearing trousers, just in case I can't fit my Christmas Dinner in.

OP posts:
largeginandtonic · 18/11/2009 16:17

this one?

Pinkjenny · 18/11/2009 16:19

That's nice too! And I like the fact that she looks sufficiently pregnant. Not just as if she's eaten too many grapes.

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 18/11/2009 16:19

Buy the Ghost one then you can sell it to me later when it's soiled with amniotic fluid

Pinkjenny · 18/11/2009 16:22

I'm having a section, DWP, no fecking chance of that. Unless my waters break in spectacularly dramatic fashion on Christmas Day.

largeginandtonic · 18/11/2009 16:25

You know they will Pink...

Actually that would be rather fab as i could pop up and coo over the gorgeous bundle while the children are away

Pinkjenny · 18/11/2009 16:28

That would be lovely, LG&T. You are always welcome. I do not know how you have done this six bloody times.

It's awful, it really is. I envy those pregnant women who love it, and glow, and are generally even more fabulous than normal - see AM.

I am grumpy, hormonal, tearful and so uncomfortable. Still, the end is in sight.

TheGreatScootini · 18/11/2009 16:28

Yes and I will only be an hour and bit away at home so I can come too!

I have just got this in Coast with an online discount code for thirty quid off for Xmas day etc. Whaddya reckon?

Pinkjenny · 19/11/2009 11:25

I really like it - they are doing it in red as well, which is also gorgeous. Opaques and heels?

OP posts:
BitOfFun · 19/11/2009 11:32

I reckon so.
I think you could dress it don too, so hopefully I will get some wear out of it. I hate spending that much money

Pinkjenny · 19/11/2009 11:34

Coast stuff is beautiful though, imho. Lasts for years. I've got lots of things from places like Coast and Reiss that I've bought over the last few years for various functions, and although they weren't massively expensive (in the context of what some people spend on this site!), I think they are the kind of garments I will be keeping for dd when she is older.

BitOfFun · 19/11/2009 15:31

Not the way I do my laundry But it's a nice thought.

Coooo-eeee TDWP

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 19/11/2009 15:33

Ooooh loving it.

Will look great on you.

I'd do crotchet tights and heels.

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 19/11/2009 15:34

And yes, over skinny jeans or leggings, or thick cooured opaques.

Veeeer nice.

Still sobbing I never got that dress from you BoF .

Divatheshopaholic · 19/11/2009 15:35
