Help! Black suit for funeral!

Am far to much of a porker to fit into the black suit in my wardrobe, so need to buy a new one URGENTLY as funeral on Friday.

I am 5'2" and a size 12ish. Would like a suit that doesn't give people electric shocks when I shake their hand but doesn't cost the GDP of an African country.

Skirt or trouser suit is fine, nothing too "fashion". To be worn for funerals and other formal occasions.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction as very short on time?
