I think it is. It's not too short at all!

And the good thing is you'll be able to wear it again. T'is pretty.

carciofi · 16/11/2009 14:59

I don't think it is right for a funeral, no. Maybe something a little longer and less frilly.

goodnightmoon · 16/11/2009 15:00

looks a bit frilly to me. simple is best for a funeral, IMO.

Clure · 16/11/2009 15:16

Its a nice dress, but I think something a little plainer would be more appropriate for a funeral, say something like this

bigTillyMint · 16/11/2009 15:59

I agree - it's pretty, but not really funeral wear. The dress clure linked to would be good, and wearable after.

pinktortoise · 16/11/2009 16:21

Again is a nice dress - but abit summery / going out rather than funeral...although does depend on who funeral for and where it is etc as think there are no strict rules these days- alot of people don't wear black even. Personally I would go for something abit more structured.

BlingLoving · 16/11/2009 16:26

Too short, too frilly and possibly too much cleavage? However, I would argue that almost anything can be changed to be appropriate - work with thick black tights, conservative shoes and a black jacket, it would probably be fine.

MaggiePie · 16/11/2009 17:43

I wouldn't wear it to a funeral. I once wore something a bit inappropriate to an x bf's grandmother's funeral and I felt awful all day.

The second on is better.

domesticslattern · 16/11/2009 17:49

No. Go for something safer. You'll feel more comfortable among all the suits.

JANEITEisntErudite · 16/11/2009 17:55

Inappropriate imho and not very nice..too short and too much cleavage potential. And it is 100% viscose - it will feel horrible. Sorry.

JodieO · 16/11/2009 17:58

Too frilly for a funeral, go for something plainer/simpler imo.
