Yay, that is a good feeling, good for you

AngelinaJolly · 14/11/2009 20:40

Wow, that's quick work! You get a gold medal (and a mini chocolate rice cake) for services to skinny-fit for that.

AngelinaJolly · 14/11/2009 20:41

...to celebrate I suggest a pair of gold angel-wing earrings from not-on-the-high-st. How's that!

LetThemEatCake · 14/11/2009 21:20

thanks guys

I'm not really going to buy anything. Not now anyway. I'll get back to you when I'm back on the magic 10 on the scales!!

Well done Cake.

I'm trying to do Vordeman again, but struggling with what to eat that's not soup. Any tips? I'm not used to vegan, wheat free food.

LetThemEatCake · 14/11/2009 22:39

hi Choogirl!! I'm doing Vorderman again now ... this one - is it the same? I like it because it's quite carb-heavy ... lots of rice, quinoa, wheat-free pasta etc ... I think soup only features 3 or so times in the whole 28 days.

The thing is, if you're not used to wheat-free, vegan stuff it shoudl work really well. I think I'll have less success this time because I'm already vegetarian and wheat-free .. last time, the change in my diet was more dramatic

Fingers crossed it will still work to some extent though.

What's your food weakness, if any?

Wine!!

CHOOGIRL · 14/11/2009 22:44

Am doing this one. I think it is the same.

LetThemEatCake · 14/11/2009 23:04

yeah, wine. And coffee! Bread for me, too.

yes, that looks the same, I just find it easier to follow it meal by meal, day by day. Then it's just a no-brainer.

Had a pepper and rice and cashew number for dinner tonight - are you not keen on the quinoa pilafs etc??

by the way, I need your stylish opinion on my potential new bag (there;s a thread - "I think I found a bag")

The only time I tried to cook quinoa was a disaster. The pepper, rice cashew looks nice so I may try that next week.
