Is henna a complete no-no?

In a 45 year old woman.
Hair dye seems to be soooo bad for my hair.

I have discovered Lush henna following a MN recommendation.

I used the 'Brun' and hair is glossy with no coppery tinge and the few greys well disguised.
My dark brown hair is slightly darker but not so much that anyone has noticed.

Will definitely use it again, I left it on for about 3 hours and will probably go for longer next time, might even brave an overnight

That looks good thanks.
Never thought of Lush and am relieved there are alternatives to bright copper red.
