I have been using them every morning in the shower with my usual body wash and my skin feels absolutly awesome. I am even thinking about buying every female relative some for xmas presents!

I would imagine they are good for reducing celulite too!

I've got these too. No longer have to use a body scrub so saves tonnes! Always found scrubs a bit pants anyway, the gloves actually slough away the dead skin leaving you all smooth. You can apply as much or as little pressure as you want depending on how much you think your skin can take. Think mine came from Body Shop.

Body shop also do one made of sisal - v effective but a bit more expensive at around £7

I've got some. i don't use them every day. They do work really well.
