Looking for a long-length military/greatcoat...

My ancient one from Monsoon looks impossibly manky now and I want to splash out on a new one

Warm, double-breasted, faux flap pockets, long (mid calf or longer), flared... anyone seen anything like this? There's a nice JLo one on Overstock.com but it's a) wrong colour and b) too small.

Oh and I really want it in charcoal because black makes me look half dead.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be soooo grateful...

"Long" and "Not black" are the main hindrances in this search.

Found a long one at Great Plains but it's black. Could you just wear a little more blusher?

Also found a long grey one here but it looks shapeless. Might be that the model isn't terribly shapely though so may look ok on.

There is quite a nice one - Yasmin Le Bon for Wallis.Been in alot of magazines. Is described as inky blue..ie navy. Also you get 20% off online.

Thank you both - none are quite what I'm after but thanks for looking

The YlB and ASOS ones are a bit too fussy and I just don't want black - think it's cos I've got a yellow-ish complexion, black makes me look corpse-like

Maybe I should just get my old Monsoon one copied.

Not double breasted and not that long, but military-ish?
Long, but petite (and fur collar)

That JL one is spot on except for the collar. What does 'petite' mean - for shorties? Worth a trip to JL to try it on anyway!
