my first ever pair of Wolford tights (herringbone/black/a tenner in TKMaxx) and they are so lovely: all soft and strokeable. Have I started something terrible here or will I be able to return happily to M&S ones in future?

Wow, excellent price. Have looked but not indulged. Are they really, really lovely?

Dp said they were 'very you' about them (ie: very me!) and didn't even flinch when I told him how much they cost - so I think they must be good, as he normally huffs and puffs!

Okay - I have now worn them and got three compliments on them! But they seem to come up VERY big - I got the medium and they are huge. Unless you have giraffe legs or elephantine hips, I would say get the small.
