please help me! i was gutted when i tried on the mol boots by fly and they fitted in the foot and top of the leg but were really baggy round the ankle and looked awful. i was coveting them so much and i really need flat boots asap as I am wearing heels to work and don't want to!

I have a pair of these which come in black and brown. Next day delivery.

Don't like the Jones ones, they look clumpy. Also the ones called "smoke" in colour don't look a true black - does that matter? I like the flat, long Nature Sko or the ones from JL.

i don't know exactly how dark the smoke colour is but am going to hunt down my nearest store to go and have a look i think. if they are nearly black i reckon it would be ok. it would be to go with either a black skirt, black trousers or a black and grey dress so shouldn't be too much of a problem as I have a few charcoal coloured tops. it was the pale sole i wasn't too sure about. do you think it would really stand out or would just dirty up quickly and not really matter?

I have seen the yule ones but haven't tried them on, might add them to my list, thanks for reminding me. I think they'd look good under trousers too.

You know what? I think the sizing makes such a different to the ankle fit on the Mols. I have the 5 and have skinny legs and they fit prefectly on ankle calk and foot. But my SILs friend has them in a 6, and - when I tried them on - they were massive on the ankle - significantly bigger than the 5s.

I have the Mes and the Mol and find the Mes to be snugger on the ankle, more generous around the calf.

hmm, i quite like the mes but they don't seem to have them in any of the shops round here to try them. it was a 5 in the mol i tried on. i'm supposed to be narrowing down my list not amking it bigger! i'd need to win the lottery to buy all these!
