Can anyone help me find something like this but in a bigger size?

Am helping a friend look for a mother of the bride outfit - she is a not very confident size 18ish five foot tall. She does have a good bust and I have persuaded her to get fitted for a good bra at bravissimo so she does have shape.

She did see this top and tells me she like it but the 18 was not big enough to do up properly. Any idea of anyone else who sells something similar to this - a kind of cross between a jacket and a top. The big open collar with deep vee and the bracelet sleevees really work well for her showing off cleavage and wrists.
