Jersey Wrap dresses: HELP!

Stopfighting · 03/11/2009 23:56

I am looking for a knee length, long-sleeved wrap dress but as I can't seem to find one, it occurred to me that maybe they're not really 'in' any more.

Please could someone who is much better informed about clothes tell me:

a)Are they now officially outdated?

b)If they are still acceptable, where can I find one which doesn't cost the earth?

TIA!

Issa, DVF and DkNY are still rolling 'em out so there's some life left in the jersey wrap dress yet!

They cost a bundle though.. Have you tried www.shopstyle.co.uk? Search 'jersey wrap dress' and see what you get.

'they' being Issa et al, not jersey wraps per se

I don't think they are outdated, this one is only £27.

Beware American Apparel do cut their sizes on the small side, but they keep their shape and last forever.

Another good option for this sort of thing is Muji.

I hope that helps.

Sorry, Boden again, but their fixed wrap dresses are lovely and very flattering.
