Proper old fashioned perfume, for me in the style of Guerlain scents like L'heure Bleu and Vol de Nuit.

Lovely glass bottle, thick and heavy bottomed like the jo malone ones used to be (the base of them now is much thinner).

Lots of ingredients including lavender, bergamot, lemon, cedarwood, cardamom, geranium, rose, nutmeg, patchouli, coriander.

dries to a sweet, powdery and spicy finish on me.

Tis now my new favourite scent - £39.50 for 50ml so slightly more expensive than Jo Malone (where it's £64 for 100ml) but its eau de parfum and not eau de toilette which is obviously much longer lasting.

Anyone else bought some yet?

I tried it but didn't like it! It was too powdery smelling for me.

Do you know where to get a sample from ?

They are only selling it in her shops (Ryde I think on the Isle of Wight?) but you can buy a bottle from www.qvcuk.com and then send it back within 30 days if you don't like it.

Think they're out of stock at the moment so it would be 'waitlisted'.

Laurie it sounds like just my cuppa and sounds like we like the same kind of smells, I normally wear the fig, Vetiver or Pomegranate (my fave smell)

I've been reading on here for ages, how goo dher C&P cleanser is and I have to say it is fab for the money compared to Eve Lom.
