Nightwear with hidden bust support

Hi. Does anyone know where you can get a nightdress that is feminine and pretty which has some bust support. Perhaps like those secret support swimming costumes? Ideally knee length. Don't care too much about the fabric. Have seen those at Bravissimo but a friend doesn't rate them. Thanks

Hello there I was wondering if you have moved forward with your idea of a nightdress with bust support as I too cannot find one anywhere . I used to own womens boutiques and i think there is a real gap in the market for this and would love to buy one or ten !!!!
