Where to get cheap good baby shoes? Is there a Clarkes outlet store?

I'm looking for a first pair of baby shoes, for my cruising baby to wear in the park.

Does anyone have any tips on where to get sale / outlet / discounted quality baby shoes?

We have a Clarkes outlet shop near where we live in Blackpool.
My best buy was a pair of school shoes for DD for £3.
If you don't live near Blackpool, then maybe you have nearer you.

Got a bargain new pair on ebay today, but with the postal strike who knows when they'll arrive!

There is a Clarks factory shop in Seven Sisters Road in London.

I was in Clarks at the Freeport outlet centre in Braintree yesterday. They seemed to have a large selection of ladies' shoes and bags but I didn't notice if there was much in the way of children's shoes.
