This HAS to go well (or I will cry - lots)

Fake tan done - will pop more on tonight. Not really dark just the holiday skin stuff to help hide milkbottle look.

Will paint nails later - pale pink.

Make ups sorted. Will straighten hair and pray for no rain.

Am going to wear tights (very dark ones, look like leggings), short denim skirt and boots - should I wear heels or flats?

And either a sort of tunic like top that flows out or a tight black top?

Then a thin cardi over, purple probably. With black beads.

Have I forgotten anything? Am so nervous. We are going out for dinner and then drinks.

I wish I was going on a date. So jealous!

Anyway, I'd probably wear the heels but then I'm only 5'4" so need the height. What do you feel more comfortble in? I find I'm more confident in heels and feel a bit like I'm just off to the shops in flats.

If you're wearing the cardi then go for the tighter top. A tunic and cardy might look bulky worn together.

Had a look at your profile and you're ever so pretty. I'm sure you'll look fab whatever you wear.

What colour is the tunic? A tunic is more casual and a tight black top a bit more dressed-up imo (but as I said, I've not got a clue really)

I am pretty short so am considering the heels but not sure if I can be bothered walking about in them.

I think you'll look lovely no matter what so try it all on in different combinations tonight and just choose what you feel most comfy in
