Where can I get reasonably priced sleeveless jacket/bodywarmer type thing for 3 yr old dd?

Having problems getting her to stay dressed. Sleeves annoy her so I would be happy if I could keep her in long sleeved t-shirt and sleeveless jacket combo.

Next have one but not in her size.
