Wedding Outfit - help!

I am going to a wedding next Saturday and have not got a clue what to wear.

Please help! I am 5'4 and feeling a tad tubby (although not overly so) at the moment.

I have a wardrobe bursting with clothes but nothing seems right.

I like plain (ish), elegant clothes and need to find a dress to wear.

Budget generous.
