Once and for all, find my bridesmaid's dress PLEASE.

I am being a bridesmaid for my lovely, lovely friend.

My friend is stunning and stylish and arty. And lovely. And very relaxed about the wedding.

She has asked me to choose my own dress.

Actually, she has asked all four bridesmaids to choose their own dress. She has a vision that we can all be in different fabrics, colours and styles, and yet still make an aesthetically pleasing group.

I am not good at this sort of thing.

I am getting the dress made, but I need something to copy. A photo, or I would buy a dress and get it copied.

HELP!

Soft sage green. (But, because am getting it made, it doesn't matter what colour the pic is).
Olde English.
Country wedding.
Classic.
Chiffon on satin maybe?

FLATTERING!!

I am size 12, 5'4, biggish boobs, in pretty good shape, though 2 X large children have made my tummy not my best feature. Must have straps to cover good nork scaffolding.

Ideas? PLEASE?

Something like this?

MaMight · 15/10/2009 19:03

Oh thank you!

I like the ribbon round the middle look.

I don't think I can do string straps though, unless there are brilliantly supportive strapless bras that I don't know about. And even then...

The 3rd link is lovely. Something like that. It's an April wedding. Would I need sleeves?
