spanx style knickers

Stupid question for which I apologise in advance. But, can you get spanx style support knickers that allow for a pregnant belly? I have a wedding to go to and have one of those pretty isabella oliver wrap style dresses. All very lovely, but my hippage and arse need some control. It's too bumpy.

Spanx are amazing by the way, totally worth the money.

I had Mama Spanx tights under IO wrap dress for my brother's wedding. Despite me being a largish size 18 they still gave me a lovely rounded bump without love handles! Result! Can't praise them enough.
