And how do you do the capsule wardrobe thing? I always end up with things in the wash!!

To be honest, I think a "capsule" wardrobe is a fine idea for packing for holidays, but I think on an everyday basis you would get very bored with it...
That said, I think it's much better to have just have a few really nice things, rather than lots of stuff that's not so nice...
