I think about £10?

pagwatch · 05/10/2009 15:36

I had one done recently including shortening lining. It was £12 ( and our town is very expensive). Should be £10 or under I would think

Great thanks,

Now to find someone to do it!

Try the dry cleaners - they often do alterations.

Dry cleaners are usually cheapest place to have alterations. I took a pair of trousers to our local tailor and it cost me twice as much as the dry cleaners. Can't say he did a better job either.

Again, around £8 - 10 is the norm for me.

£11 it is and might not be able to done till next wek.

Might ask my aunt to do it.

do you have a shop nearby that sells material for sarees (sp sorry)/makes them? They usually are happy to take in alterations as it's extra income for them
