For the DC I mean.

Everyone is out for the day and I am sorting through drawers. DS2 is 6 and is not going to wear his shorts any more this year is he?

Hmm think he put a pair on yesterday tho - then changed his mind.

Has everyone else long since packed away or are any hardy souls out there still baring their legs?

I packed my two's shorts away last week, only in a drawer though, just incase it got warm again. It didn't.

See I don't have drawers to pack away. It's all under the bed and I don't get it out again till March so I need to be sure.

Right off to do some more - will check back on the MN view!

No, we are in Scotland and still in short (well, 2 out of 3 of my children). Not sure how long they will last but last year it was until at least November. Did get people tutting mind!

Hmm. DS1 (9) refused to wear his shorts without a major fuss even in heat of Greece this summer . WHereas DS2 is a child who loves his nekkid skin exposed to elements as much as poss. I will probably leave his shorts out for another 2 weeks-ish. Even if he doesn't wear them outside he will wear them for mooching around the house.

Actually DS1 is still wearing his to school. I think he is one of only 2 lads (he is in juniors). The other one lives next door!

DD has given up summer dress for school tho "it's OCtober mummy so it's skirt time".

Well I've done it anyway. Tho tbh haven't faced up to mahoosive task of getting out winter stuff from under bed (there are some in-between things in drawers so the won't be naked for the next week or so )
