but I do like my long hair. It's easy to look after, just wash and go. If it needs a wash I can just tie it up.

Quite like Stirling Gallagher hair (George Woodson) in Doctors.

Or Danni Minogues hair in X Factor at the moment as she seems to be able to do a lot with it. Though I don't know what she puts on it to change it and I am not sure I would be able to do it.

This is me

Any ideas ladies, should I leave it or do something with it and if so what?

I went into my hairdressers last week and when she said "So, what are we doing..." I said "I'm bored with it. Cut it"

I now have a feathered crop instead of a sleek bob

Dare you

Seriously, go and ask your hairdresser for suggestions. Mine said why don't we do this , this, blah blah blah" and I made my comments and we went for it. Everyone seems to love it (although I'm still unsure!).

I go to the local college to have mine done colour, cut and blowdry for £20 and tend to find that the girls aren't confident enough yet to make suggestions, but need to go in to have my roots done before I have it cut so may ask then what they think.

Cheers Soupy.

Presumably they are supervised though?

MrsGokWantstogocampingagain · 30/09/2009 16:10

Oh! yes, every step of the way. Will be interesting to see what a 19 year old thinks I should do

MrsGokWantstogocampingagain · 30/09/2009 16:59

Oooooh! me likee. Those are great, thanks Furball. Don't know which I like best though so can we have votes please.

Actually I think I might put those links in chat and ask for votes.

I am probably going to have it done on Monday if my friend can have DC3 for me.

Hey, It is always good to try something new and short hair is so easy to look after.
If you don't like it, it will soon grow back but if you can't wait, welcome to the wonderful world of wigs. :]

MrsGokWantstogocampingagain · 30/09/2009 20:01

Jo Ican't do wigs as my MIL has terminal cancer and wears a wig, so I don't think it would go down well.
