Help - how can I stretch my lovely new boots?

I have bought a stunning pair of Fiorentini & Baker biker boots trouble is it takes me ages to get them on - once on they fit fine but I need to somehow stretch the top of the foot bit and the heel bit iyswim, any tips?

you could try wearing them round the house with 3 pairs of socks?

I would if I could get my foot in! That's the problem I can't actually push my foot in.

Go to a cobbler (sp?) and they will stretch them for you. My mum gets this done with shoes sometimes.
