I am not sure what style jeans to wear anymore. I have always worn bootcut jeans as i am big up top and have always read to wear bootcut so that i 'even out'.

Now...i have a belly and hips thanks to lots of children..but kinda slim legs and at the moment every make of bootcut jeans are making my legs look massive because they are too big/flary for my legs..but i can't go down a size because of my belly!!

I was thinking of ordering some 'straight leg' (not slim leg) jeans/trousers and trying them.

Would they be better do you think??

I am thinking i need adjustable waist trousers like the kids .

Please help

I suppose it depends what sort of footwear you want to wear the jeans with. Skinny jeans are good for tucking into longer boots but bootcut are better for shorter boots.

If you're finding jeans that fit your waist are baggy on the leg then you might be better with a skinny fit. Have you tried Next? I was in there a few days ago and their skinny jeans are just £22.00 a pair.

If you want a bootcut pair then Topshop are quite good at keeping the legs slim. How about these?

Have you tried the boyfriend jeans? Im a fan of the bootcut but also have some of these. They are not so flary but looser around thighs/bum.

Trainers and ballerina style shoes..bit then sometimes heels!!! I don't think i would look great in skinny jeans, but i might go and try some on....i will try the boyfriend ones on too, i hadn't considered them.

Thank-you!
