Coat/jacket to wear with tunic tops

I have embraced the tunic top to cover my post baby flab and large arse. But it's getting chilly now - what do I wear over the top?

Big cardie? Long coat? Cropped jacket?

All just looks wrong.

I wear boyfriend cardigans or round neck cardigans (the type you might find as part of a "twinset" ). And I would say that all my coats/jackets look fine over the top of a tunic too (varies from Boden's biker jacket to long coats).

I also layer my tunics with long-sleeve tees or camisoles beneath. And when it's incredibly cold I will wear my long sleeve thermal ski layer beneath Looks like a regular long sleeve tee but is toasty warm - TK Maxx will have stacks in over the next few months for bargainous (ie non-ski store) prices
