formal but the full works not needed (hat etc)

dress looks and feels amazing on but i am skint now,

what do i wear on my feet? i need a bag and ideas for a shawl/cardie/coat please

Black accessories would be very now ad I think it would be good to have something rocky with a dress that feminine. I'd wear some shoe boots on feet, something like these or these (they also have these in electric blue. How much do you want to spend?
