I have a pair of french kicker boots from france. I love them.

lucykate · 21/09/2009 21:47

are they comfy? dd has a pair but they are too small for me to try on. they look really comfy shoes, and like they'd keep your feet warm in winter.

yes they are v comfy but not very waterproof. You can't beat campers imo

LyraSilvertongue · 21/09/2009 22:12

I just bought two pairs, one for DS1, one for me.
Mine though are very narrow and nearly killed my feet the one time I've worn them.

Grisette · 21/09/2009 22:19

Yes, I do have exceptionally narrow feet. You'll be better off with DMs if you have wide feet.

LyraSilvertongue · 21/09/2009 22:24

I don't really have wide feet, I just found the Kickers exceptionally narrow. I have DMs too.

lucykate · 21/09/2009 22:46

my feet are very narrow. not sure i could go back to dm's, spent 3 years as a student living in cherry doc's!

Have both DM's (shoes and boots) and Kickers boots. Didn't even know they did kids ones till a couple of years ago! I have very wide feet.
The Kickers are more comfortable than my Docs for walking. I walk on average 5 miles over the day.
As Grisette said, they are not very waterproof, but you can buy the spray on stuff.
