Unless you are 5ft 10", whippet thin, 18 yrs old and walking down a catwalk, then no, don't do it.

I don't like it as my boobs would fall out and the weird gathering of material on the front would make me look too fat! But you could wear it if you were 20, thin and a fashion-y kind of person. (I am none of those I'm afraid )

I like it but I wouldn't wear it, unless I grew up by 5inches (to 6ft) and shrank by 2 dress sizes (to an 8)

Gorgeous. I have it in magenta and find the flounces hide those few extra stones. It's a showstopper.
