what to wear with my beautiful leather skirt?

Have beautiful, soft, lovely lovely brown (tan) leather skirt - pencil style, bought many years ago. Hardly worn. I love it but I have no idea what to wear with it - especially tights and boots/shoes.

The skirt was a present and was tailor made, so it fits beautifully. I really love it, but I need help!

I am a size 10, 5ft 6in on a good day if that helps....

I would go for a bit of Tods type styling with this. Keep it classic. Supersoft rollneck jumper in either matching shade or chocolate brown would be gorgeous, I think.

Footwear-wise, I would steer clear of matching tan boots. Will look too squaw-like

Instead, I would think dark brown high-heel mary-janes or chocolate boots.

Alternatively, look up other leather skirts on Net A Porter and see what they suggest to go with. Always provides me with lots of ideas of how to style a particular item
