Matching clothes

As a child I had a hat and poncho the same as my mothers, I swore I would never dress my children in the same clothes as myself. Recently my MIL bought a cardigan for my daughter as she thought it 'cute' that it was very alike one I have. Yesterday we wore our 'matching' cardigans, and damn it I thought it was cute too... someone slap me.

consider yourself slapped

Personally, I just couldn't do it. Far too twee.

But then I don't have a DD.....and I don't think DSs' would be happy to wear anything remotely similar to anything I own except for Converse
