Winter coat for me!

Hi. Wonder if anyone can help? I really need a winter coat that is sort of smart ish (so I can wear to work) but also stylish. I'd like a warm coat that is comfortable, doesn't need to be waterproof. I am short (5' 2") and about a size 10. I could spend up to about 70 pounds and don't mind which shop I go to. Thanks.
