I need some help! what to put DS2 in to have him Christened next weekend...

He'll be 8 months so a newborn style gown isn't appropriate...

Thanks in Advance

vertbaudet do lovely special occasion outfits

I've just bought a cream linen trouser and shirt set with blue tank top from John Lewis for my DS for his naming celebration (he'll be 6 months). Don't know what your budget is but if you google christening outfits there is a site with traditional outfits (can't remember name but more expensive). Would second Verbaudet and also Mamas and Papas. Hope you have a lovely day.

Zara usually have nice outfits for babies, classic, slightly old-fashioned style. Worth a look.

they do cars, planes, I got them for nieces and nephews last year.

ps, my son was quite old by the time he was christened as well! (OLDER than your son)

I got a mushroom coloured waistcoat from monsoon and put it with a white t-shirt underneath and a little pair of trousers also mushroom coloured and drawstring waist. They had actually belonged to his sister! but they matched the waistcoat perfectly. I thought he looked lovely. Glad I didn't spend a fortune. The waistcoat made it look 'smart' in a cute way.
