Where can I get a pair that are cheap, the ones that come with a little bag? I don't want to spend a lot of money as it's only for one night where I'm wearing massive heels and know I'll need to take them off at some point.

I saw some fold up ballerinas in Primark the other day. They had a little satiny bag with them so they can go in a handbag.
