Where could I get a leather coat like this one?

Have you considered going vintage? I seem to remember my old haunts in Brighton/Camden (Rokit, Snooper's Paradise) were full of exactly this sort of thing from the 70s. Mind, I'm going back 10-15 years here, so maybe they've all turned into Primark/Starbucks by now?!

I still wear a vintage coat I bought many moons ago in Greenwich market and I get complimented on it loads. Even though I'm getting a bit vintage myself .
